Sheep at Dairy Barn Farm

Two of the sheep breeds kept at Dairy Barn Farm are the Manx Loaghtan and the Wensleydale. Some manx ewes are crossed with a Wensleydale ram to produce a ewe with the hardiness of the Manx but producing a larger lamb. The numbers on some of the ewes are to help match up ewes with their lambs (who also have the same number) if they should get separated.
