Meat Box Scheme - Lamb Boxes

We have put together several options, which we hope will suit most customers. We will remain as flexible as possible in order to accommodate specific preferences. Either/or options are necessary because certain cuts are taken from the same parts of the animal and therefore cannot be had twice! For example, diced/minced lamb is usually taken from the shoulder and therefore that shoulder is not also available as a joint. So look carefully at all possibilities before choosing your preferred option.

Some options, such as a whole loin or saddle, or Barnsley Chops, are only available with orders for a whole lamb.

Whole lamb (based on 18-20kg weight*) £95
Half lamb (based on 9-10kg weight*) £50
(*weights and prices may vary according to breed)

A typical butchered whole lamb would consist of:
2 x whole or half leg joints: bone in or boned.
2 x shoulder joints: bone in, rolled, or diced/minced.
1 x Loin: whole, as individual chops or as Barnsley (double) Chops.
1 x Best End: as a rack or as cutlets.
2 x Breast: rolled or minced.
Offal (optional).
